Drove out of my way to come here to find the doors locked and the place closed. This was at 10:30 when it says it’s open until 1:39. Checked their website and Facebook before I went and it said nothing about being closed. Left with a screaming disappointed child.

Smaller space means it is totally insane on a rainy day (when most folks would want to go). They seemed understaffed with the team totally overwhelmed running a birthday party while also managing an over-full main play space. They were turning families away but pretty poor communication so it was a total scrum. We opted to do a toy shop tour instead and we're glad we did .

Great play place for littles of varying ages, love the art area! They always have new seasonal crafts and supplies. Parking can be challenging, and it can be very busy during rainy days. But it's very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The changing table very small with no safety belt for squirmy little ones, just be prepared.
