My boyfriend and I have been going to Twist for a year now. We first decided to try the salon when a Groupon was offered. We received such fabulous service from both the receptionists and the stylists that we decided to make it our permanent salon home. Recently, we have been both seeing Angela. She not only gives a cute, stylish cut but she is also prompt and a genuinely nice person. In the past we have had some issues with stylists running as much as an hour late. But it is a testament to the quality of service that Twist provides that we decided to continue using their services despite such annoyances and inconveniences. To say that my experience was exceptional is an understatement. At the very last minute, Felipe took great care of me as I donated my hair to charity( a 10" ponytail). It was very obvious of his experience with someone who had thick and wavy hair like mine and gave me a cut that will knock everyone's socks off. The salon is chic but not snobby, and everyone from the receptionist to the attendants are first class, par excelence. I am VERY particular as to takes care of my hair and I assure you that I will be back for sure for future trimmings and touch ups. If you pass up this salon you will be sorry in doing so. My experience at Twist was amazing and I will be back for sure!
