Twist has outstanding customer service. We bought my engagement ring from them. They have been amazing about follow up service - sending in my ring for resizing, answering questions, etc. They have such a gorgeous selection of artists and pieces... I'm always eyeing a few things at the store.

So far this is my fav jewelry store. They have a collection of various designers from all over the world. Prices are ok as well. They are really kind and friendly! We bought 2 necklaces and they helped us to customize them. Will definitely visit regularly:)

Newly married VERY happy customer here! My husband bought my engagement ring from Twist and worked with Jill (now retired but she was so amazing) and ended up buying his wedding band from Twist as well. The selection of individual and unique artists is unmatched anywhere in Seattle. If you truly want something that no one else has this is the place. I also have to give a huge shout out to Cullen whom helped me along with Jill. He was so helpful in making sure I was happy, that my ring was perfect and every detail was exactly as it should be. Above and beyond with the customer service. We are customers for life!
