The office was on time for my appointment. The staff was friendly and attentive. The visit flowed well and I didn't feel rushed asking questions.

My first visit 3 yrs was awesome. Dr was great. My 2nd visit with the Dr was great. But the optical portion was not. I tried progressive lens that costed me out of pocket $200.00. When I returned to have the glasses readjusted because the progressive were not working for me. I asked to have the $200.00 refund. I was told a refund was only given if I returned the glasses. So I requested to return the glasses. Then I was told the $200.00 refund could be done. My insurance was still charged for a portion of the progressive glasses. My visit in March 2024. I went for contact lens. I was given a trial lens that was not the proper fitting. I was charge $155.00 for a fitting & training class that took 10 minutes. No,one ever discussed if my vision was clear or about washing hands before touching contact lenses to prevent infection

The Staff is great and easy to work with. The Doctors are smart and very efficient. I highly recommend Two Trees Optometry.
