Just rented a van from them for a small load. It was a wonderful, new vehicle. The people were extremely helpful and friendly. Great experience. No hassles.

The pricing is a good deal for a short-term truck/van rentals. The APP they want you to use for reserving and returning the vehicles is terrible. I had to wait on hold not once but twice for over 20min during the rental process because it didn't work right. I left the rating as 4-stars since the staff at the Downtown Tacoma office were very good at their jobs.

Best experience I have had with U-Haul. The folks working here are friendly and professional. The truck we rented was nice and clean, the cleanest I have ever seen a U-Haul. I would happily return to this location and recommend it to anyone in need of renting a truck.
