U-Pack was the easiest part of my move out of state (Washington to Arizona)! They give you tracking updates on where your trailer is and when to expect it to arrive. The customer service was great, the trailer pick up and drop off was on time without any issues. I highly recommend U-Pack and will absolutely use them again in the future!

Recently used U-Pack to move from Seattle Washington to Mountain View Arkansas. We were very pleased with the service we received. U- Pack employees were courteous and took the time to answer any questions we had. When our trailers were delivered I was very impressed with the driver. We were at the end of a long and narrow lane. The only way to get the trailers in was to back down. The driver was able to put both trailers where they needed to be. I would recommend using U-Pack if your considering a move based on my experience.

We used U-Pack for our move from WA to AZ. They communicated each step of the process and did everything within the timeframe they said they would. The quote we received was reasonable and much less than us renting and driving a large truck with all of our stuff in it. It also mitigated the risk of theft along the way - we have read way too many stories about that. The drivers that managed the trailer/pod were professional and friendly. They made sure we knew what we were doing and how to utilize the tools available to us. We did not encounter any damaged items in the move. Everything arrived safely and intact. They explained the timing to move our items, and everything arrived earlier, so we did not have to wait when we arrived at our new home. Not that we plan to move again (ever!), but if we do, we will use U-Pack for sure!
