Super stoked I found this vape place! The owner is so kind and goes out of his way to accommodate his customers' needs. I have stage 4 cancer and use Kratom instead of other options for pain management. He keeps the one brand and form I can use (Super Speciosa tablets) in stock which is a life saver for me.
I've purchased other products from here as well. Everything is priced fairly and they sell solid, real products.
Give this place a visit! You won't be disappointed! I have sent all of my family and friends here and they have had a similar experience.
I now frequent another shop that he owns right down the street as well due to the awesome customer service and friendly attitude I get from the owner and his staff. :)
Location: inconvenient but accessible by public transportation and vehicles. Staff: rude, unknowledgeable on product info, looks at their phone more than they do the customer, the moment you disagree and don't want to get something they treat you in a very unprofessional manner.
Overall:
The shop went from a great retail experience with good customer experiences to one of dealing with an owner who seems to only want more money, while disregarding the customer experience at his main shop as he sets up the two other businesses he opened.
Prices have been raised multiple times in the last year as well as staff has been changed not for the better. There is zero to no accountability for any sort of fault or any sort of possible warranty exchange. I have now had three device go out on me from this store. Each time they stated that I should bring it in and after the second time when the device wouldn't work they had me pay half price for a new device even though they sold me a faulty one. So now I go to another store where I pay $24.99 for the same or better device that I was paying $35.99 for at U-Smoke. A 10-dollar difference between shops in the same zip code is definitely a great indicator that this shop is not worth the price gouging or customer service to continue coming here. (after being a customer for 3 some odd years.)
If you are looking for a place to buy vapes or smoke products and this is your only choice then good luck to you but for anyone else I recommend you steer well clear of this shop. Hopefully it changes to like it was or for the better but time will tell for this shop.
