U-Store Self Storage Klamath Falls

Charged me for a month after I moved out. Then they tried to mess up my credit. Would not reverse charges even though I wasn’t using their unit. Be careful guys.

Love my unit. It's 24 hour access due to me being on the outside of the gate. And there is 24 hour security

Wonderful customer service. We drove off with our rv and didnt have time to go into the office and close our account. We received a call the very next morning to let us know our rv was gone. On top of it 👍
