We were very satisfied with our recent set up and installation service for our new wide format printer at one of our Ellis Art and Engineering Chico stores locations. Your service expert Reza Rafat, from your Roseville CA office, is very good at explaining what needs to be done and answering any questions we might have. He is very knowledgeable and very fast and efficient and extremely professional. We are very happy with our new machine and are confident if we have any problems that Reza, along with Ray Morgan, will be there for us.

The technician dispatched, Austin, absolutely nailed our printer issue. We had an issue with our main production printer that was more severe than we've ever seen; Austin did not back down from the challenge, and stayed cool under the pressure. Austin went above and beyond and was able to diagnose the issue AND get a replacement part in a time that I thought to be impossible. Great stuff!
