Driver named Alen A, Armenian guy in a white Toyota Corolla was being very weird and inappropriate during our ride. He was giving us, specifically my female friends major creep vibes. Uber needs to hire more professional people and keep the safety of their customers in mind. Very disturbing experience.

Wanted a Placard of LAX. Took a appointment via Uber App and the next day went there. The agent was very professional and helpful. In less than 30 min l had my Placard. There was two persons at the reception whom were a bit lost, but the rest was perfect! If you have to go to Uber Greenlight Hub, it's preferable to take an appointment and bypass the reception.
