I was attempting to get information on classes and pricing , so I went to their website and that told me all I needed to know about the gym. I clicked on classes then schedules and not one thing popped up, no information about class times or pricing . What kind of sketchy clown show is being ran here? Why have a website that is completely useless , they are obviously just using the UFC name to sell memberships. It sucks cause I work a couple miles away and was looking for a gym to train but maybe its a blessing in disguise because after reading the reviews , I am amazed that it is still open

The barcode scanner that is supposed to open the doors outside of regular business hours rarely works. So you pay for hours you can’t use.
Their app doesn’t work either. The customer service number they provide to troubleshoot doesn’t work.
They’ve twice said they’d reduce my membership fee since I don’t plan on using classes. The change hasn’t gone through either time.

Looked into the gym for my son and I’m considering joining myself as well. I was given great customer service all my questions were answered and I look forward to bringing my son to boxing and jujitsu class while I get a little workout in at the same time.
