Ordered a KSG since January 2021, they wait for 7 month then asking for more money while still not having any clue when they can deliver product. Be sure that you are willing to wait indefinitely while continuously paying more to them as they ask, for a product they can not promise to deliver.

Anthony was very helpful, back then just right before the declaration of COVID pandemic, he opened up his door for me for appointment only, gotten my FSC from him and first time became gunowner. He answered all my questions, taught me about how to build the rifle, you know which one I am talking about, and then quick response on emails, I got few complete guns and lowers from him, and his gunsmith helped me install a DA/SA on my Chiappa Rhino, and then basically most my ammo were from him too. Only negatives are his hours to me will be a little odd, and I needed to drive far to get to his place, but other than that, I love working with him, basically 90% my firearms were from him, and his price is unbeatable too! Hope to do business with you again Anthony and my next may either be a CZ P-01 or HK P2000! Dude best wishes to you!

Firearm purchases are a pain, but UG Imports did everything possible to minimize the hassle for me. Fast, professional, clear communication. Went above and beyond to educate me on the regulations. When the CA law recently changed to limit shotgun purchases to once per 30 days, I suggested that they note this on their website and they made the change within 2 hours. I never waited in lines.
