I have a small business. Jon has been my IT support for over 15 years. From small to big he has helped us scale and grow our IT needs. He looks out for what's needed and new to protect your company. In addition, when we scaled he set up our new systems to create efficiency when we onboard and off board employees. I couldn't ask for a better IT person for us! AMAZING! Got me out of several jams. Needed help with multiple server upgrades as they were running on End of Life and was notified by the Microsoft team that the windows server updates/patches would no longer work on our systems which was vulnerable to breaches. We had two file servers, print server, ticketing system, surveillance server that needed migration to cloud bases AWS as well as inhouse; and UIOP worked around the clock to get our company system integrated and online with minimal disruptions.
