I saw Erica at the brow bar and lemme tell you I came in with some HIDEOUS BROWS. I thought they were not salvageable. But she made them look so nice! She took her time and was very gentle as well. The conversation flowed easily. Happy with my brows and already rebooked with Erica. Go see her!

First one of the hair stylists helped me as the rest of the workers were busy talking. Choose a couple of items and went to the till where one cashier was holding her till for ‘someone is coming back’ while the rest of us in the line wait. Finally she came back and they began their business, something about a new Ulta card and how a certain amount would go in the account and the rest she would have to pay. As this was going on (customer did not understand) finally another cashier showed up and helped one customer. I was next. My husband was waiting for me so I wanted to pay and get out. As I moved up to the position to pay, the cashier moved over to assist the other cashier who was still trying to explain to the other customer. What a circus! So I asked if someone would please check me out as I had to leave. Omg by this time I’m pissed off and the cashier told me she had to help the other one. I waited as I counted to 50, was just going to leave and over she comes and checks me out. No excuses here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Waited a while to try this store. Should have never gone. Aisles were a mess with staff rearranging displays & products. Couldn't find what I was looking for. Wanted to purchase two items was in line way too long while one check out cashier was at the counter. Cashier could be overheard talking loudly with a friend about person topics. Cashier had long purple dirty hair loads of dark eye makeup & no eyebrows. She demaned my phone # said I couldn't make a purchase without it. Very demanding & rude. I left! Won't return!!.
