i never had problems with this store. until Friday🫢 tell me why i had a rude encounter with 2 employees. i walked in to by a concealer and i noticed they had none on the shelf. so i see these 2 workers about to past by me. one of them put their hand out to make me stop talking and asked the cashier to help me. then the same girl says rudely “we’re on our break” with like a snark sound at the end. like girl…i understand you need peace and quiet to shove down that granola bar that you were eating but don’t treat me like that. like how am i supposed to know. she is not a girls girl. then the manager comes to help me instead. she goes over to the shelf on the ground and starts yanking it aggressively then shouts “ugh it won’t open, cmonnnnn”. she sounded like a feral toddler. she was making a scene. she opened it and they don’t have my shade, which is totally ok. so she tries to match me with a different shade. tell me why she gave me a orange tan color??? for my under eye??? please find a new manager Ulta😭 but as i was walking out of store, the cashier compliments me. like she made me feel better. she looked like a baddie and her dress was so cute.
