During my recent visit to the Tacoma Ulta Beauty, I over heard a “manager” telling an employee that they are only allowed to use the restroom during their break! That’s ridiculous and I believe it’s against the law!! What a sad excuse for a manager to do this and she was quite rude and petty about it. I would definitely be calling HR and Labor laws. This is a retail job for heaven’s sake. Shameful! 😡

Colleen is hands down the absolute best when it comes to brows! I’ve been coming to her for over a year now and she is always warm, welcoming, kind, and professional! I have sensitive skin and have had issues with getting my brows done before, but Colleen always takes such care and does the absolute best brows. My brows are the healthiest, fullest, and best they’ve ever been thanks to her!

Colleen is the best for all things brows! I have been seeing Colleen for close to 2 years for a brow wax and tint and she makes me look and feel amazing every time! She is fun to talk to and she gives the best tips on how to keep brows healthy and full. I'm very picky about my brow shape and color and Colleen worked with me to make sure we got the perfect tint, and she's been getting it right ever since my first visit. I will not go anywhere else for a brow wax/tint!
