Went in to buy new perfume. The new one by Marc Jacobs. Not ONLY was the tester empty they wouldn't open a new one to try! Hardly any of the perfumes had testers and you want me to buy it? Put the dang testers back out and if they get STOLEN maybe hire better loss prevention!

I was there, today it was very disappointing. I went for a root touch up and it was bad, root touch is a simple process it looks like she apply a very dark color and come up black , I have hight light and my color of the roots are light brown it was terrible experience I feel unpleasant , she did it again and fix it but it came up ok My appointment was for 2 hours I stay 6 hours and want to leave
