My daughter had her hair done by Destiny at the Ulta in Everett Mall and she did absolutely Amazing!! My daughter is beyond happy and so am I!! Thank you Destiny for doing such an amazing job!!! Also, Robin was amazing. She took time to do a test Strand on my daughters hair and booked us an appointment! Thank you ladies for the awesome work and great customer service!!!

I recently got my haircut by a senior stylist, that I had not tried before. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the haircut. The haircut is very poorly executed, and when I tried to explain that it is not even or blended I didn’t feel like she cared or just un interested in checking or maybe just didn’t know what she was doing? Bottom line is I am stuck with a bad haircut that was cut so poorly that I have to wait until it grows out to get it right. $85 lesson 😞

Marissa and the other ladies are amazing. If you have any questions they're always super helpful. But I want to give a HUGE shout out specifically to Marissa, she's SOO amazing!! She's helped me out more than once and so much! She did my brows and makeup and literally made me feel like a completely different person in the most wonderful way, I've never felt "pretty" but she made me feel beautiful and there's no words to explain how greatful I am. 💕
