Well lit, service is OK, not cheap products, great for the vain, easily accessible and they offer a birthday month gift. I love the tube mascara and the Olaplex I got there. A B+👍 from me!

There was an elderly lady in front of me who was still not finished when the cashier waved me over. I patiently waited as she was still putting stuff in her purse away. She apologized to me but I explained it wasn't a big deal nor was I in a rush. The cashier seemed to be in a hurried state just trying to get the next sale done. Maybe this business is suppose to resemble an upscale place, but lewiston ID is that area. Treat people like people not just a number

Staff greeted me, and made suggestions to brands, was not very helpful in leading me to the products they suggested. I wandered around the store trying to find what I needed, and left not purchasing anything, while all the workers stood behind the front counter talking to each other. There were no other customers in the business. I've been to other Ultas and received great service, and help. These staff need a little more training on customer service skills.
