CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!!. NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!!! I was given a $50 gift card & went to use it at Ulta. The cashier & my friend that was with me even saw me scratch the PIN number & the card showed zero balance. I even had the receipt that had the number to the giftcard & everything was accurate. I called customer service & they sent me an ecard to an address that didn’t exist because they typed it in wrong. They told me that they already sent it once & wouldn’t even send it again or to a new address. They wanted the original purchaser to call in at this point to get it resolved which I mentioned they were unreachable. Why would I want them to get involved & why couldn’t Ulta just resolve the issue??? We went back and forth for 2 weeks with still no resolution. I will never shop here again & will make sure I let my friends & family know what happened so they also quit shopping there.

Everyone that works their is always so helpful. The only thing that bummed me out more than once is that they're always out of the free gift that is supposed to come with my purchase but otherwise it's a great clean store.
