Placed a pick up order today for an item that was supposed to be in stock, I had placed it at 4:30 and after an hour and a half I called to see if they had received my order because I still never received a ready for pick up email or text message she said they would get to it in about ten minutes, when another hour passed I drove to the store, I was thinking maybe they’re just really busy but when me and my boyfriend got there, there were barely any customers, the store was only open for one more hour! I explained again that I had called an hour before, they then said that they couldn’t seem to find the item, and went to the back to check, they literally came back out and walked past us without saying anything, and then I get a text message that my order had been cancelled, it should not have taken that long, almost three hours I spent waiting, and then wasting gas driving out there, I usually go to the Covington ulta because this place is always very messy and the employees are not so great, but Covington didn’t have it in stock so I took a chance, well never again… I’ll stick to other ulta locations.

Ashely did such an awesome job on my brows yesterday! She was super informative and even gave me tips on how to do my brows best for the shape and the fullness I naturally have! She was very friendly and made it a fun and simple experience! Will definitely go back again!

Serena gave me a brow tint and cleanup. I feel 10 years younger. Great job, and very professional.
