We had a scheduled appt for 5pm. Received a phone call at 4:45 saying that the stylist just started a cut for another customer and we would have to wait until 6pm. No apologies no explanation just this is what is going to happen. We were in the parking lot when we got the call. Getting ready to walk in. I drove 20 min from my home to pick up the person getting the cut and then 20 min from their home to the salon. I still wonder why the stylist started another cut when she knew she had an appt in 15 minutes. I’m guessing they were doing a color or something more which meant more money for them. This type of service is not ok. And the older Savannah that works there lacks serious customer service skills. She is an ok stylist but is loud and crude. I’ve sat there before having to listen to her go on about this or that and I have watched her treat other customers poorly. Especially over the phone. Ulta has become an overpriced great clips. It’s hit or miss.

I had products that I tried and hated. They were full because I only tried them 1x (elf primer and highlighter). The package for both were in perfect condition. The girl at the front was so kind and helpful, she called the manager over (Christa/Christy?) she was awful! Terrible customer service and not helpful regardless of how kind and easy I was. Customer service is everything to me… she sucks! Basically I didn’t even get a store credit because the purchase was from late December…. It’s crazy to think that i was told at another ulta that I’d get a store credit…. I just came from ulta at Southhill, it was packed and chaotic and everyone was so kind and helpful! Avoid this location if you want to have a positive experience! Christa/tina… whatever her name is sucks!

Store is clean, but the cashier her name is Christina was very rude to my wife. My wife was Returning items she didn't like and was being very hard to deal with.... The manager stepped in and helped my wife with the return items. But boy was Christina mad because The manager overturned her call. She is a rude Individual. I hope The manager or owner looks at this review and Talks to christina because She's not very good at her job.
