This location is one of my favorite spots- they don’t always get it 100% right, but they do a pretty good job job nine out of 10 times.
I wish a little bit more effort went into teaching the associates. What the white tag, orange tag, and yellow tag all mean.
I have had multiple experiences where they each tell me something different, in addition to some of them just simply not knowing at all.
Suggestion to app: *would be super nice if Ulta added a feature on the app that you could scan an item in store and get the price point by yourself so you don’t have to borrow a sales associate/take them away from what they are busy doing.
My wife and daughters always seem to find what they want or need here, want being the key word...lol. I can't complain too much as this popular discount beauty store beats most pricing elsewhere. Lot's of parking and other retails shopping close by.
