It was my first there. I went in to get my hair dyed and styled. Spent the whole day there and looked at the store after. Very overwhelming looking at ALL the beauty stuff, but It was pretty awesome!

Was dealing with a situation and when costumer service wasn’t helpful and kept giving me the run around claiming that I had not contacted them Olivia took it upon herself to reach out and advocate for me resolving my issue within days when costumer service took over a month and did not ever reach out to me. Olivia your hard work and dedication is so appreciated. Will be returning as Olivia was more than wonderful and made me feel welcomed here. Thank you Olivia you give Ulta a good rep.
