LAZY workers. I am a platinum ultimate member and I have never once had had this experience in any Ulta ever before. I walked in and I was looking around and around for what I was looking for, and I was never asked once if someone could help me. There were about 5 workers there just talking amongst themselves. I also needed a price adjustment but they were too lazy to even see the sale sign for my item! Never going back. Make up gurus- go to a different Ulta location!

The team this morning (5/5/24 @ 11 AM) went out of their way to accommodate my husband and I. Sent him to pick up an order from the app - they kindly explained that it takes 24 hours for it to pop up in the system. However, they were happy to grab the items for us and update the system manually when it came through on their end to avoid us having to drive 40 minutes the next day again. The only feedback I have is for Ulta as a company, not this location, which is just making it clearer when checking out online that same-day pickup is not possible. I would have just shopped in store had I known about the 24 hour buffer. The team at this location handled this miscommunication super well regardless :) thanks guys!

5/16/24 between 3pm-5pm Jordan was an amazing sales associate. She approached me, asked if I needed anything while I was looking at fragrances. I asked her to help me find my next signature scent outside of my Prada paradox that I already use. She listened to every scent note that I liked unfortunately, a lot of the notes that I would’ve liked you guys don’t have testers for that was completely fine i moved on and I expressed to her that I was trying to find a cologne for my significant other now. I told her the base notes that I would appreciate in some brands that I have liked previously she helped me summit down to a Armani or a Gucci guilty black and The store got a little busy. Jordan went to go help customers checking out. I checked out with the small stuff that I had in my basket. I got back in my car. I sat down something told me to go back in there and get that fragrance Jordan was about to go on her 10 minute break she had seen me again stopped in her tracks and is like what are you doing here? I told her that I came back specifically for that fragrance that she helped me with and she helped me all the way until check out and I waited for her 10 minute break to be done I really appreciate the patience and expression that was showed from Jordan
