As i was checking out with my little sister and when we came in we saw a discount of if you buy 50 you get 10 dollars off, as we were checking out the lady name “Jazz”(her name tag) or “ jessica” (since there was a different name on our receipt)was extremely rude when i asked about a discount because it is propped up at the entrance of the door, and telling me that discount is only for some customers who have the app, when i just put in my phone number into there system and by means i was in yesterday using the discount and i did not need to get out my app at all to use the discount and i just needed to scan the barcode on my camera to use it on my order. As someone who loves coming to ulta I am very disappointed on who they decided to hire. If you are going to work in customer service, there should not be a excuse of having a bad attitude when a customer is asking about a discount that she should of automatically gave when i spent over 50 dollars for it when it is propped up in front of the store to us to use and have a barcode that you just scan to use it without the app.

I will not shop here anymore!!! I’ve had to 2 bad encounters with a cashier named Jocelyn! I left the store and cried my way home. She is so rude and fake. I have had nothing bad experience here the last few times. The manager assumes everyone shopping in the parfume is a thief. And I’m there to purchase expensive parfume I want to be able to smell what I purchase. My daughters and I spend a lot money here, and to be treated rude each time!
