Posting a review for the Salon, I've seen Olivia twice now and have had a perfect haircut and wonderful time both visits! Olivia is so thoughtful as she talks you through the cut before she starts and delivers exactly what we talked about. She's so much fun to chitchat with, the time flies by! Thank you again, Olivia!

Just wanted to buy one thing, only to be harassed at the counter multiple times to give my phone number and personal information. When the cashier wouldn’t drop it, I finally had to threaten to walk out before she reluctantly rung me up without me providing personal information. I’m done with this place and this type of harassment when just wanting to make a simple purchase.

This location has dropped in Quality substantially in the last few years. They never seem to have enough inventory. The inventory they do have is open spilling on the shelves or covering the packaging itself. The management is rude and makes you feel like a bother, the front has never been staffed appropriately I would suggest driving out of your way to the Washington Square location as it is newer, nicer and better kept.
