This was the first time I'd been at Ulta where I had to track someone down to help me. They did go to the back to see if they had the hair color I was looking for. Also, we were dying some tweens hair purple and they didn't have separate gloves for sale. Had to purchase a $15 kit with plastic bowl, brush,and one pair of gloves 😕

I’ve always been overwhelmed by places like Ulta since I’m not much of a make up girly but I had such a great experience at this location! One of the staff (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was able to recommend so many products I wouldn’t have been able to find on my own. Very welcoming location, I will definitely be back.
