I just left this store and not only one, but multiple employees were rude to me. One asked if I needed any help, I was trying to color match a foundation. I told her I was having a hard time color matching and was frustrated and about to give up. She walked away saying, “ let me know if I can help you with anything else”. A few minutes later I heard her making fun of me to another employee. I heard him say, “omg she said she was going to give up?!” I had a handful of things and no basket. Two employees stood right next to me for a few minutes and never said a word to me. No asking if I need help, no offering a basket. While paying, I gave my phone number and said I would like to use my reward points. She asked for my ID, which has never happened. I didn’t have it on me, but had a photo of it. My last name didn’t match since I recently got married. She was rude about the names not matching. I go to this store very often, or at least I used to. I think I’ll go to the one across town just to avoid their rude employees.
