To start, I have been coming to this Ulta for several years now for regular hair services and have gone through three stylists who have all been nothing short of amazing. I'm a little surprised by some of the harsh reviews as that has not been my experience in most cases. They always greet you when you walk into the store and the atmosphere has always been very friendly and helpful. Very rarely have I ever gone into the store and thought it was messy. This place can get very busy so a little patience and a positive attitude goes a long way in my opinion for a much better experience.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I booked a hair cut with an Ulta stylist, Sandra Garcia, for my daughter. I received a confirmation email with appointment day and time that was then added to my calendar. We came in today for the appointment and they had no record of the appointment. What a waste of time!!!!!! Don't book any salon appointments here and if you do beware that you may show up and not have an appointment. I have one disappointed child.
