I had a great experience at Ulta today thanks to Rolla! (I hope I spelled her name right) I’m not gonna lie, usually when I ask store employees for advice or what to look for, it’s pretty short and still leaves me kind of unsure. When I asked Rolla about foundation/concealer and my issues with color-matching, she immediately offered to color-match me with several shades for both with no hesitation. She was so kind and I left more confident with my purchases than I ever have!
