Staff is very nice and helpful especially the manager she went out of her way to ensure the issue with my membership rewards account was taken care of. Not even the customer service reps were capable or even attempted to fit my inability to make an account. The manager, Michelle, will be the main reason I go into a physical Ulta location. She was amazing!

Got a haircut with Alyse and she was wonderful! She was very patient and worked to understand what I wanted (despite me not being great at articulating it), and checked in a bunch throughout the haircut to make sure I was happy with it, and didn’t make me feel bad about asking for any adjustments. She took her time styling my hair afterwards and I left feeling well-taken care of and super happy with the result!

Needed help picking a new foundation and had the greatest experience with a super helpful employee, didn't get her name. We picked Bobbi Brown makeup and an awesome lip balm/ gloss!!! Thanks so much for your help 💗
