Every time I visit this location the employees are completely disinterested in guests and unwelcoming. They have never greeted us upon entering or asked if we needed assistance when it was clear we were looking for something we couldn’t find. Now, this is not the service other guests in the store at the same time receive. Other guests entering are greeted and assisted with finding what they need. I could understand this difference if employees were assisting guests when I enter, however, 9 times out of 10, the employees are stood in a group in the center of the store having a gossip session. Despite other glowing reviews, I’ve never had an enjoyable experience at this Ulta location and tend to opt for ones farther from my house so that I can receive better customer service.

I have been getting my eyebrows done at a different location for a while but the past 2 times I have ended up going to this location with Dulce, let me just say that it’s the best decision I made. I told her I get special treatment, she puts under eye patches and she actually maps out my brows. She is the best at what she does, I will for sure be going back to her for my brows.

I visited this location yesterday with my son around 5:00 pm and was followed by two sales reps. The two same reps kept asking if I needed help. I accepted a rep's support and suggestions. As a female representative assisted me, a male rep asked if we needed help. It was as if the female rep was incapable of doing it herself. After the female rep assisted, she left and returned to sit at a salon chair, watching me pick out products for my curls. Then I made my way to the front of the store, and both reps found themselves in the same aisle, asking if I needed help. While watching me, the male rep stood at an end cap and completed inventory with his clipboard. The female rep who helped me and sat in the salon chair brought a "customer" to the same aisle for a product near me. I never felt so awkward. Maybe they tried to be friendly and helpful, but I felt differently. I will not be shopping at this location. This review does not require a generic apology or response from the store.
