I was referred to his office by my doctor. Tanima, the desk nurse followed up with my insurance and dr., getting all the necessary referrals to be treated.
On my first visit, the desk personnel( Tanima and Lucia) had all of the documentation for me to be treated. Also, Tanima had me laughing on my first visit.
Dr. Nebeker came in and gave me an assessment. He is very knowledgeable about the situation and patient with my questions, but not pushy to get me out of the office. I feel the entire staff there is very efficient with everyone’s time. This, I applaud!
I had to return on three additional dates over the past month or so for fittings, etc. The system they have going there still operates the same, professional with friendly staff!
