Update: Paul's came back out an re-cleaned the areas which still had stains and the spots I thought should have come out are now gone. It was nice they took the initiative to contact me and come back to correct the issues.

This last time I had them out I was a bit disappointed. I don't remember the price being so high. I had my wife call and she forgot to get a price other then "they charge per square foot". When the guy showed up he said it was $0.38 per square foot and $4.50 per stair. We got the stairs, the master and the family room done. The guy spent less than 2 hours in all from the time he pulled up to the time he drove away and charged $270. That's over $135 per hour for this job...must be nice. Not only that, but the carpet in the family room isn't even clean. There are still stains (nothing crazy like oil, grease or paint, just spilled food and the like. Don't get me wrong, the carpet is almost 10 years old, but I can't help but wonder whether spending a bit more time on the job would have lead to cleaner carpets.

Had them out several years ago to help me deal with some cat pee issues we had. Paul came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable we had many areas cleaned and I replaced the carpet and pad in the bonus room and landing. Paul referred me to a guy for that part (who was reasonably priced) and instructed me in getting a good bottle of enzyme (Nature's Miracle i think) and sealing the sub-floor and base boards (the cat pee was BAD in this room). The treatment worked and with the new carpet and the other, not so bad, spots cleaned, the cat pee issue has been a non-issue ever since. This is why I called them the last time...not sure about next time.
