Ulyana Kulish is so kind and caring. I like that she is so honest and forthright. Not like most doctors who say “you may experience some pressure”. She says, forthright “there is no way around this, an injection in the foot is unpleasant, you will feel pain”. Perfect, because at least now i know what to expect, realistically.
However, the front office staff in Albany (if I could, I’d give them zero stars)…They were kind, but unable to answer my most basic questions about insurance, what days of the week she works in other offices, or even where in San Francisco their other office is located.
But I will follow Dr. Kulish to the ends of the earth. She doesn’t talk down to or dismiss you, she just gets it and wants to help. A+++
