As a Seller, I could not have asked for a better agent. She was fast, knowledgeable and efficient. She got me a sale before the very 1st open house. The terms were very favorable and she got me a price over $200,000 over asking. I was more than pleased. Umala is the best! I highly recommend her and will use her again in the future.

Umala helped me and my family sell one home and purchase another in a short time period. She shared so much pertinent info on both the selling and buying deals. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and appreciated her vendor connections(mortgage brokers and handymen)... I appreciated her patience, her care in detail and her low-pressure approach.
