They don't follow landlord-tenant laws them. I reported them to the city several times.

One of the worst property management companies I have worked with. They let maintenance requests sit for months on end and claim it was addressed. You have to follow up multiple times to get a response. They don't fix anything in a decent amount of time, especially as it relates to landlord tenant law.
