One of the worst property management companies I have worked with. They let maintenance requests sit for months on end and claim it was addressed. You have to follow up multiple times to get a response. They don't fix anything in a decent amount of time, especially as it relates to landlord tenant law.

I have been a tenant of Umano Property Management for 3 years now, and have nothing but good things to say. The managers have been helpful, responsive, and professional. I had an issue with my washer and they fixed it within a weekend, and were texting me all through the process.
