Umiai is not messing around! You can tell that they mean business with their dedication to the patrons. Everything was great, we still have so many dishes to try, but my fave has to be the scallops. Will be back soon!

This places has really good sushi. Fish feels fresh. The nigiri is delicately balanced with the sauce. Each one has it's own personality. Absolutely delicious. The ambiance is gorgeous, but the tiktok playlist for the music was driving me a little ceazy.

Food and service is excellent. Seat turnover is fairly quick as well as the food comes out quickly and efficiently. It is a bar style restaurant — so great for a group of 2, socializing with a group of 3 or more is tricky. Restaurant just opened so there is no alcohol service just yet. After tax and tip, the bill was $100 for two people
