This bank when confronted with an erroneous charge to an ATM card clearly stated that although they acknowledge their ATM machines are faulty, they have absolutely no concern about American Combat Veterans receiveing medications and they cannot provide any help to those who are erroneously charged by their ATM machines. Asking to reimbursed for 40 dollars on wrongful charges resulted in being retailited by taking another 5 dollars from my bank.

I have been trying to get ANYONE to help close an account for an estate. No one will help me and it’s been almost 3 months. I’ve never seen anything like this.
