This "new" ATM, is ALWAYS DOWN. I made a poor choice to go to this location, ended up screaming at the machine, spitting at it. I notice the "new" ATMs always have issues, I left my previous bank after injuries to my finger, this time I didn't punch your screen. EDIT: I came today, broke a finger nail on the screen because it wouldn't respond to my finger covered by fabric, only would respond to the touch of a skin, but the trouble is, I know angry people spit on the screen, so I won't use my fingers directly. Today I couldn't withdrawal and have another finger injury. I found myself wondering what other Bank is worth joining because Umpqua, isn't worthy. Go back to using button ATMS, touchscreen are SHIIT! Go to Chevron to get cash back instead .

Grossly understaffed. Don’t even bother with the drive through teller window. Just waited 15 minutes at the window without a wave, eye contact or anything- let alone service. Sad day for Umpqua. Used to be a good bank under Ray Davis.

The workers are really helpful and nice. They greet you u when u come in.. I have only one time out of the year I been with this bank & branch that they were rude. But we fixed that... the workers will help you if they see u need help..
