Horrid customer!! Had to call the call for assistance after waiting 5 minutes. Teller came to the window eating and ia taking way longer rhan necessary to depoait check Came first and left second. Been here over 20 minutes and they making an error and questioning about new caccounts. Rhey are horrible. The bad hair day boy working and eating is horrible thus bank is trash and I will not be having any money direct deposited here

I’m on an account that has new signers every year. They are wonderful and make everything so easy and efficient. I usually work with Rhonda, she’s amazing. I saw a review about long drive through lines that is way off base from my experience. I do drive up deposits once a month and there is usually no car in front of me, sometimes just one. I’ve never waited more than 5 mins in 2 years.

They approved my husband for an account, a standard checking account, and then we get our debit card today. And it won’t activate, so we called the customer helpline and they told us our card has been reported lost which was weird since we JUST RECEIVED IT, she did some more investigating and it turns out Umpqua decided to terminate the contact with my husband and close his account with in a week. With our money still in the account. So we are getting sent a check. Don’t bank with these people.
