The turn around time on orders was super fast, but that is secondary to the real shining gem in their crown that is quality! I have sensitive skin and a seriously strict no chemical approach to my care. It isn’t easy to find a quality product that consistently works well. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am that Uncle Harry’s exists! They mark every box! Quality, clean and a true altruistic approach to personal care products!

I have used a variety of Uncle Harry’s products with great satisfaction and love that there is a store like this for us who want a natural solution for hair and general health products. My concerns are with the toothpaste. I have not had a cavity or any dental issues for 10 years. I brush twice daily and floss regularly and see the dentist twice a year for cleanings. I started using Uncle Harry’s toothpaste right after my last checkup. Everting was great no changes for 10 years until I started using uncle Harry’s. I just went in for my last checkup and two cavities and decay along almost my entire gum line. None of this was there previously. The only changes were in the toothpaste I used. I was hoping for remineralization and a healthier mouth, and almost the opposite has happened.

Beyond being totally impressed by the quality of this product & and the no plastic packaging, I am blown away by the outstanding customer service. I discovered this product on Amazon. It arrived with a cracked lid. I was so bummed because I wanted to take this on my cramping/rafting trip and didn’t want it to turn into a messy nightmare. I couldn’t get any help on Amazon, so I reached out to Uncle Harry’s. They are sending me a new lid for free! The customer service was so helpful, prompt and friendly. I’m a customer for life! BTW- this toothpaste is so different from the sweet, over manufactured, processed junk toothpaste. The texture, the mouthfeel, the results, the flavor… it’s a real, and it really works. I can’t say strongly enough how much I encourage you to buy this product and support this brand.
