Got a Gold soft touch wash since the do it yourself bays were out of order and touchless is universally bad. It totally missed the bottom sides of my car. I wasn't crooked or anything, it just couldn't reach them(?). Anyway, the brushes aren't brushes, they are some weird rubber thing that flop against your car. Until that changes, you'll likely see a lot of poor reviews. Its just bad.

Would not return.

I don't know why I read all the reviews and thought "well surely, just because it didn't work for anyone else doesn't mean it won't work for me!"

So I can't really be surprised that I just spent $20 only to have a car that's still covered in pollen and dust. Dust! Like the undercarriage cleaner didn't even manage to get it wet all the way! Insane waste of money.
