The store is great, the quality is great.....however, management is a joke!! The "mean girls club clique" of Ashley, Cassie and Amanda make this store a nightmare, they belittle their employees without a second thought to other employees or customers that are around. Literally watched Ashley yell ACROSS THE STORE at another employee to get out and go home in front of Literally everyone.... The way the other employee handled that was proof enough that this behavior is considered "normal" Very unprofessional, very disrespectful and just disgusting to see as a customer. Hopefully that employee has contacted HR about her behavior. Have been in the store multiple times and have had disrespectful behavior towards myself and other customers with all three "women?" Just in the last couple weeks!.... would rather take my business elsewhere.

False advertisement.. as we walk in employee said "50% off everything in the store." Signs says the same, but at the register they said if it's 29.99 those are exempt..I'm sure we could have made a big deal about it and gotten the price but the clothes were trash material anyways. Nothing is actually on sale at this store. The sweatshirts are not worth $80, and it's not even worth the "50%" off $40. But that's most stores at the outlets.

I was shopping with my 2 kids and it was not easy but a team member helped me find clothes to fit my growing boy. I could not have asked for better service. I wish I remembered her name because she truly made my trip worth it and I spent way too much money however I got all the things he needed with out too much stress. You have some great team members. Thank you. Fyi the store was super busy and team members all around were taking their time to help people. It was a pleasant surprise. Nicely done
