I want to say this dealership was outstanding in all ways in my early May purchase of a 2020, F250 truck. I am a very tough customer I have been told ( translation = I expect an amazing quality product for an exceptional price!), to the degree that my family members and friends ask me to help them for good deals because of my reputation. I will return to this dealership for my next vehicle because of how well they treated and worked with me! It is very rare for me to plan to return for my next vehicle purchase! But Tyler the manager, Cody the sales rep, Sid in service ( forgot finance guy) , everyone did an exceptional job!! They didn't pressure me ( I actually am fine if sales people do) they communicated and negotiate with me and answered every question I had until I/we accepted the final price. The vehicle I bought also through this Ford dealership, also qualified for a Lifetime Powertrain warranty...unheard of in my experience, and a huge plus in my willingness to close the purchase. Underriner Ford is an excellent dealership, they have my buisness for the future, and I'd highly recommend them for yours.

I have nothing bad to say about the process of purchasing our truck from this dealer, although my wife and I did most of the work, and they had a full payment in hand nearly a week before we drove four hours to pick it up. After the requisite attempt to sell us an $8,000.00 service agreement (are you kidding me? This is why we did everything up front! Just give me my keys!), we were assured that all of the title transfer paperwork and license plate application paperwork would be completed right away. We were given a trip permit that was good for three weeks. Should be plenty of time, right? It would be, if they had done anything in a timely fashion. We are now driving around with an expired trip permit, and they didn’t bother to get the paperwork done until the day the trip permit expired! This is in direct contrast with what we have been told when we have contacted them about the status of our plates. Long story short, don’t believe a word of what Underrinner Ford says once they have your money.
