Exceptional experience. I came in for a scalp micropigmentation (SMP) consultation with Rico Ruiz and ended up having it done in around 3 sessions. Rico is an extremely talented, smart, intuitive, detailed professional, with thorough training and a good deal of experience. The final outcome exceeded my expectations. I almost didn't want to write this review as this is one of those situations where I wanted to keep this secret to myself because this place and Rico himself are so good. But in the end, if you are considering SMP, I highly, highly recommend reaching out to Union to have a consultation. On a side note, as Union's primary business is a barber shop, I would be remiss to mention the barbers are all exceedingly skilled. Because the SMP procedure takes several hours, I was able to see many different clients before and after haircuts and these guys cutting hair are a huge step above the rest. This is not your every day barber shop. This place is premium, platinum first class. And looking at the prices, they are not unreasonable. Rico is the owner of this place and I have to believe that his management style, vision and expertise are what makes this a positively unique and superb establishment.
