Only one word can sum up this hospital, HORRIBLE. The one amazing nurse is not enough to save the 9 horrible ones. And every thing about the billing department is horrible. Hold time always 15 minutes min. OR MORE, left 3 messages for mgr and never a call back. Multiple times," press for return call later" that NEVER comes. They bill me before insurance has even paid. And one three occasions sent invoices to collections that were never submitted to my insurance, but were paid once they were. Ive only has one (1) billing rep that was professional and kind and helpful. CAMILLA. So they have one person who cares anyway. I have taken all of my healthcare needs to Indy.. So worth the drive. You get good care, efficient billing, caring nurses. DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE, AVOID THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!!
