When it first opened, there weren't many varieties, and I was never into the style , but one day, I found out the quality is much better than H&M and other stores. Starting with my first purchase, a windbreaker, my wardrobe now is 50% from Uniqlo.
Products: I bought and tried many clothes from them. There are some good and some bad.
Heat tech for me is the worst line I tired. Most items aren't really that warm in cold temperatures. Leggings, tights are made cheaply.
Airism is a much better line. The fabric is smooth and breathable on my skin.
Basic t-shirts and graphic tees are made fairly well, offering a diverse range of styles and designs.
Reusable bags and gift bags are my most used items. Durable and washable.
Shop for: Basic tees, graphic tees, pajamas, lounge wear, reusable bags
Service: Fitting room can be super busy, usually a line during rush hours and weekends.
The self check out is one of my favourite. Usually quick and no lines, with one staff directing.
I returned some items without any issues.
I really enjoy the option of purchasing online and picking in store. And if I do need to exchange, I get a reusable bag.
Environment: This location has two levels. See photo for info. It has an elevator and stairs. Occasionally, I see employees dry mop the floors.
Recommend: Yes. Affordable and good quality.
